We’re going to make a success of this by trading insurance in a new way: one that combines insurance expertise with outside talent. As Head of Product you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our product vision, building a comprehensive roadmap and guiding the development of our two-sided digital marketplace. Champion customer-centric design throughout the product development lifecycle, delivering beautiful and intuitive interfaces while continually gathering feedback and creating new opportunities to wow customers.
Understand the Space: Conduct market analysis and user research to identify opportunities, threats, trends and competitive insights.
Roadmap Development: You have sustained experience in software product management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. You have experience in formulating and executing different product strategies, including performing product market fit analysis, building expansion strategies, growth and monetisation strategies.
You know how to identify and hire great product people and care about their development.
You have a solid understanding of A/B testing strategies and continuous improvement of product features.
You are comfortable analysing product and operational data in order to drive the right decisions and improvements.
You have a proven track record leading cross-functional development teams across engineering, design, data, and operations.
