As a strategic leader, you will oversee the successful execution of mechanical contracts, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage mechanical contracts across diverse sectors, including industrial, MOD, educational, commercial, and pharmaceutical projects.
- Team Leadership: Supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Client Engagement: fostering strong relationships with clients, addressing enquiries, providing updates, and ensuring project alignment with client expectations.
- Budget and Schedule Control: Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate terms and agreements.
