SAP PP Trainer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP PP Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs on SAP software applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

Training Delivery

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on SAP PP

- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations.

- Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world scenarios to enhance learning.

Curriculum Country Roll- Out

- implement comprehensive training programs tailored to country user groups (end-users, power users, IT staff).

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observation.

- Support

- Provide post-training support and follow-up to ensure knowledge retention and application.

- Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and offer solutions during and after training sessions.

Experience as an SAP Trainer or SAP Consultant with training responsibilities:

- Proven experience with SAP modules and implementations.

- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (PP).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach them effectively.

- Proficient in using training tools and technologies (e.g., LMS, e-learning software).

- Ability to work in an office environment and/or remotely as required.

- Occasional travel to Europe for UAT and on-site training sessions.
