Description

- Develop and implement efficient financial processes and systems.
- Lead a team of finance professionals.
- Participate in strategic decision-making and business planning.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Proven experience in financial management in the property industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary package around £55,000 per year, with a range of £49,500 to £60,500.
