Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real World Evidence Epidemiologist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in generating real-world evidence to support the development, regulatory approval, and post-marketing activities of our pharmaceutical products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement epidemiological studies using real-world data sources.

Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct epidemiological studies using real-world data to address research questions related to the safety, effectiveness, and utilization of our pharmaceutical products.
• Develop study protocols, analysis plans, and statistical analysis methods for observational studies.
• Analyze large healthcare databases to generate insights into disease patterns, treatment patterns, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians, statisticians, and data scientists, to ensure the quality and validity of study results.
• Communicate findings through presentations, reports, and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Stay abreast of developments in real-world evidence methodologies, epidemiology, and healthcare databases to inform study design and analysis approaches.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and conducting epidemiological studies using real-world data in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, STATA) and experience with large healthcare databases (e.g., claims data, electronic health records).
• Strong understanding of epidemiological methods, study design, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
