Procurement Assistant - 3-month rolling contract
Join our team as a Procurement Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Procurement department. We are looking for individuals with strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in IT software.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Purchase Quotations:
- Accuracy in Quotations: Generate precise purchase quotations using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate quotations.
- Record Management: Maintain and update quotation records as needed.
Fleet Management Support:
- Fine Processing: Assist the Fleet Manager in processing vehicle-related fines.
- Coordination: Gather necessary information from relevant departments for fine processing.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of fines and related documents.
Administrative Support:
- Data Analysis: Support the Procurement department with data analysis and reporting, including fuel reports and spend analysis.
- General Administration: Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing financial documents.
- Inquiry Handling: Manage incoming inquiries and redirect them appropriately.
What we are looking for:
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Flexibility: Ability to assist with various tasks within the Procurement department as needed.
- IT Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft software is essential; experience with fleet management processes is a plus.
This role will be office-based from our Exeter Head Office.
