PR Mums is working with one of the UK's best connected communications agency.

The Brand team is looking for a creative. commercial and consumer focused Account Director to join their great team. You will need to have big brand experience across integrated and sponsorship campaigns. 


Responsibilities:

  • Use in depth media and digital knowledge, expertise of specific sectors and industries, creativity tools and data driven insights to deliver strategic counsel and solutions to clients.
  • Advise and counsel clients on the role communications plays in an organisation’s business strategy, using the appropriate methods to develop strong working relationships.
  • Resolves client issues and have clarity about desired outcomes, escalating as appropriate.
  • Develop new business leads and assist in the negotiation process with prospective and existing clients and suppliers
  • Support the senior directors in delivering the new business process, leveraging the skills and experience of the wider team
  • Monitor media and industry trends and landscape for new opportunities to sell in additional agency products and services to clients to enhance revenue and profitability
  • Assist in creating budgets and handles the ongoing profitable management of them, ensuring a balance between client service and profitability and providing rationale to the client in order to demonstrate added value
  • Assist the senior team in setting KPIs and measurement metrics, using them to increase client satisfaction by addressing issues with the account team
