A seafood Wholesaler is seeking an office assistant & marketing coordinator to join their team on a part time basis (there is an element of flexibility on times and days). Office Administrator Duties:
~ Handle All telephone calls in a professional and diligent manner. Meet and greet all visitors. Insure smooth running of all computer equipment. Filing, scanning, printing, photocopying, typing, laminating and document building as requested. Database management and use sage with the highest attention to detail. Renewing car and van insurance. With direction from the wider team, supporting with running errands and projects Deal with correspondence and emails quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.
Marketing Duties:
~ Create and manage marketing materials, ensuring they are uniform across the company. Provide continuity throughout all official documents e.g. application forms, T&C’s etc Ensure the company is effectively using all social media channels Design and implement all social media updates and posts on LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram Update website with new articles, projects, team updates. Liaise with PR team for press releases. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and monitor overall performance. Support the preparation, organisation, and delivery of company events.
Business Development:
Building revenue from existing clients.
Keep the team and client up to date with competitive news and market trends.
Making sure that all account tasks get done in an efficient manner.
