Major Recruitment is currently seeking Nuclear EC&I Engineers at all levels to join our prestigious client on numerous long-term projects, expected to last over 10 years. Our client, a leading well-known supplier to the UK's nuclear industry and a global presence, is offering exceptional opportunities across the entire nuclear life cycle.

Your role as a Nuclear EC&I Engineer will be instrumental in supporting various key sectors in the United Kingdom, such as nuclear decommissioning, power generation, new construction, and defence. Hybrid: Minimum of 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home. (flexible dependent on the project)

Warrington, Preston or Cumbria based office. (Designer/Technician (£52ph)As an EC&I Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass the design, engineering, safety, and efficiency of EC&I systems within our client's nuclear facilities. We welcome engineers at all career levels, from entry-level to seasoned professionals.

Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include:

Creating Block Cable Diagrams.
Developing 61508 Suite of Drawings (electrical safety mechanisms).
Designing Electrical Power Distribution.

Participating in Risk Assessments.
Collaborating with other engineering disciplines.

A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in nuclear EC&I engineering or a similar role (for experienced engineers).
Proficiency in relevant software tools for design and analysis.
