Reporting To : Marketing Automation Consultant, Lead Developer

Campaign Developer, Lead Developer, Marketing Automation Specialist, Design Studio,

Develop email coding and templates using HTML/CSS.
Collaborate with various teams, including product marketing, creatives, data analysts, and CRM, to implement and analyze campaign creation.
Generate and present email performance reports, providing recommendations to the team.
Coordinate with the design and data teams to ensure timely delivery of email campaigns.
Ensure readability and accurate rendering across major email clients and devices.
Manage the setup of one-time and automated email campaigns, including content optimization, list segmentation, deployment, and reporting.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, responsive design, email testing, and list segmentation.
Keep abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices in coding, design, and testing.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in scripting and building dynamic emails with variable content for multiple versions.
Experience in testing email rendering across various email clients and platforms.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) proficiency preferred 
Strong problem-solving skills, relationship management, and project ownership.
Familiarity with Figma, Dreamweaver, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS ( Responsive email coding ).
Understanding of email development and testing best practices.
Familiarity with project management software ( Monday , Confluence , Jira , etc).
