The post holder will be a clinical expert in their field with proven experience as an advanced clinical practitioner and will fulfil the 4 domains of the Consultant role:


Professional Leadership and Consultancy
Education, Training and Development
Practice and Service Development, Research and Evaluation

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Recognised qualification Degree / equivalent in Allied Health Profession Registered with the HCPC MSc or higher qualification Demonstrable attendance at relevant post graduate clinical courses


PhD


Extensive specialist experience in the management of Long-Term Health conditions
Expert knowledge and experience of a wide range of approaches to the management of Long-Term Health conditions
Able to demonstrate continuing professional development at a post graduate level e.g., Advanced IT skills including the ability to utilise virtual platforms of communication
Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking to implement change

Ability to travel
Able to work flexibly and participate in on-call rota
