Planet Pharma are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources and MI specialist to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role that will require you to be based 3 days entirely on-site and the remainder working from home. You will be part of a close-knit team responsible for all aspects of the full HR and MI processes.

Role Overview:

Job Title: Human Resources and MI Specialist

Rate: Competitive in line with skills / experience

Type: Contract

Location: Based near Esher, Surrey

  • Strong Excel skills (Macro's, Power Query)
  • HRIS System knowledge (SuccessFactors)
  • Ability to validate data for accuracy
  • Experience with data cleansing, standardization, and de-duplication.
  • Understanding of HR Data Structures
  • Familiarity with compliance and data security requirements
  • Attention to Detail
  • Logical Thinking
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Skills in managing timelines, coordinating with teams
  • Automation Skills
