A leading private hospital dedicated to women's and children's healthcare is seeking a Paediatric Site Practitioner (PSP) to join their expert team. Rated "Good" by the CQC, this hospital provides exceptional care and offers 24/7 cover for acutely unwell and deteriorating paediatric patients across its wards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visible clinical leadership and expert nursing care across the site.
  • Support with the assessment and management of deteriorating patients, coordinating resources and escalating to HDU/PICU as required.
  • Actively contribute to the PICU step-down process and assist with bed allocation.
  • Work with the Paediatric Hospital at Night Team to ensure timely patient care out of hours.

What Youll Bring:

  • NMC Registered Child Nurse (RN Child)
  • Experience in HDU/Critical Care
  • Paediatric Physical Assessment Skills
  • Current APLS/EPALS provider
  • Ability to work under pressure and evidence of ongoing professional development
