Leeds, West Yorkshire

Our client is a longestablished and reputable tier 1 contractor who work across multipledisciplines including commercial, leisure, mixed use developments,apartments and leisure.

The Northern region isbenefiting from a number of recent work wins and they are seeking tobolster their operational team to aid in the successful delivery ofthese projects.

They are currently building aprestigious “build to rent” residential scheme in Leeds city centreand are seeking an experienced fit-out biassed Site Manager to reportin to senior management whilst overseeing the delivery of fit outaspects of the build.

General duties willinclude;

  • Responsibility for thesuccessful completion of the construction programme
  • Monitor delivery of the project, identifying risk and opportunitiesand working with key stakeholders to optimise project delivery
  • Delivery of construction works, ensuring compliance withall company processes and protocols
  • Manage anddevelop the supervisory team
  • Ensure that HS&Etargets and KPIs are set and managed
  • HandoverDocumentation for Sections of works completed
  • Chairweekly team leader meetings to review strategic performance on site,report progress and reasons for difference within Project Reviewmeetings
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensureall common objectives are being met
  • Work closelywith the Commercial team to align targets and KPI's in line withbudget forecast

The idea candidate must;

  • Have at least 5 years managementexperience with a top tier main contractor
  • Havefit-out experience with exposure to large scale projects
  • Be a strong leader with the confidence to lead management teamson challenging projects
