Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment and placement process for our clients
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and other operational staff
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and candidates
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
  • Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
  • Logistics and supply chain qualification
  • Experienced in tenders and bid negotiations
  • Ecommerce or omni-channel experience
  • Project or Change Management
