VEHICLE DAMAGE ASSESSOR MANAGER

Up to £55, 000 per annum OTE

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The VDA Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 5 VDA's – managing and assigning tasks on a daily basis
• They will assume responsibility for managing ‘on’ & ‘offsite’ workflow
• Responsible for creating accurate right first-time repair assessments.
• Maintaining an excellent working knowledge of Audatex.
• Develop and/or maintain an excellent working knowledge of E-Scribe.
• Develop and/or maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of all insurer/customer contracts.
• Hold strong communication skills with both internal and external customers, this will include entering accurate records of actions taken and or communications made on the Company’ management system.
• Pro-active in identifying areas of improvement for the Company and its processes.

ABOUT YOU:

• You will be ATA qualified coupled with previous VDA/ estimating experience
• You will have a good working knowledge of Audatex and E-Scribe; experience of Autoflow would be desirable.
• You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills specifically with experience of leading a bodyshop team and/or department
• In this role you will have accountability of insurer SLA Adherence
• Experience of GT Global would be a distinct advantage, although not essential
• Have great organizational skills and be effective with time management.
• Be flexible and adaptable to change.

Hours of work:

• 8.5 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
