Job Description

We are looking for skilled and experienced individual to join our Digital team as a Systems Support Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the development of software products and applications.
  • Eliciting and briefing functional requirements through process mapping.
  • Ensuring systems are operating within business standards.
  • Contributing to systems planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
  • Conducting and presenting a feasibility analysis for proposed systems projects.
  • Establishing key performance indicators.
  • Analysing project and systems data, producing insights to optimize performance.
  • Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
  • Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining systems documentation and reports.
  • Maintaining systems contracts and financials.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a STEM subject or related field.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience.
  • Strong Excel skills required, SQL and Power BI experience desired.
  • Knowledge of common technology stacks.
  • An understanding of the software product lifecycle.
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A keen attention to details, strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
