Manpower is currently looking for Sheet Metal Worker / Metal Fabricator to start work ASAP for our successful manufacturing client based in Pocklington.

You will use a variety of hand and power tools as well as large equipment, predominantly the CNC Press Brake using sheet metal practices to fabricate sheet metal pieces to a high standard, and preparing them for Powder Coating. The use of MIG & TIG Welding is also required.

Good Knowledge and Experience of Sheet Metal practices.
* Experience of MIG and TIG Welding
* Programming and Running Press Brake

Key Accountability: Setting and Operating CNC Press Brakes (AMADA), using welding machine.

Setting and Operating machinery (Press Brake, Rollers, PEMserter, Pillar Drill etc)
MIG & TIG Welding Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium parts
Ensure Quality of parts, and check against Drawings
Preparing parts for Powder Coating
Assisting with other operations within the business when required, such as Assembly
