Location : Remote (with in-person learner observations) Salary : Up to £32,000 dependent on experience

*We are expanding our team of Personal Tutors (PTs) and looking for energized, engaging, and experienced professionals to support learners on their Health and Social Care Level 2 -3 and levels 4-5 qualifications. As a PT, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional teaching, fostering learner progression, and ensuring that our learners receive the highest quality of education through our Elevate programme .

Deliver innovative and impactful teaching and learning, tailored to the needs of each learner.
Manage a diverse caseload of learners across HSC Levels 2-3 / 4-5 providing regular visits, observations, and progress reviews.
Offer valuable feedback to stretch learners, enhance their professional development, and support them in achieving their full potential.
Work in collaboration with Learning Support for learners requiring Functional Skills or Additional Learning Support.
Adhere to GDPR regulations and maintain data security protocols.

A minimum Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1).
A Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS, etc.).
Level 3 qualification within the Health & Social Care sector.
Proven experience in delivering outstanding teaching and learning .
Access to a car and the ability to travel for in-person learner observations, 1:1s, and team meetings.
