About Panther National:

Opening in the fall of 2023, the club will be uniquely modern golf and lifestyle community built for the new generation and catering to members who desire the very best. Ultra-modern amenities will surround a 7700 yard championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas, world class golf training facilities, a nine-hole par three course and a 30,000 square foot – putting & chipping course and a Golf Performance Center. The club will also be home to clubhouse with premium dining; and a wellness lifestyle center with spa, saunas, fitness and yoga studios, tennis complex, and a resort-style pool.

Member Experience:

  • Provide world class individualized service to members and guests thereby delivering a premier golf experience.

General Duties

  • Proactively greet all members and guests inuring a warm and welcome feel to the club
  • Actively utilizes a positive, whatever it takes attitude to ensure club team success.
  • Assist in providing all golfer’s a first-class experience on course and while at the club
  • Learn and cater to individual member preferences
  • Valet Park member and guest cars as needed
  • Thorough understanding of the golf operation, club golf rules & policies and golf calendar.
  • Actively promote all golf events and activity.
  • Assists with starting and pace of play
  • Cares for member and guest golf equipment
  • Assists with maintain an exceptionally neat, properly functioning golf car fleet and repair records
  • Assists with maintaining the golf supplies inventory (Pin sheets, Scorecards, tees, pencils, cart towels, Range balls)
  • Assist with managing the proper function and maintenance of outside golf ops equipment (Range picker, ball washer, pressure washer, air pump, club cleaners, washer, dryer)
  • Proper tracking & safe storage of all member & guest property (clubs, umbrellas etc.)
  • Perform minor club repair
  • Provide service to resident golf cars.
  • Attend staff meetings and member functions as required
  • Functions as a on course golf ambassador/caddie for members and guests

Practice Facilities

  • Open, maintain and close practice areas to club standards
  • Service members when practicing – carry & clean clubs, deliver balls, water, Tournaments & Special
  • Keep all practice areas neat (opening appearance throughout the day)

Tournaments & Special Events

  • Coordinate with golf shop professional staff on event preplanning, staging area, golf car and range set up, greet, service and farewell plan

About Director of Golf:

The Director of Golf has established a continuous learning environment where professionals & golf staff will assist with every aspect of golf operations and thereby acquire all skills needed to for their own leadership role at a premier facility. Professionals will train with a DOG that has been recognized as Merchandiser of the Year, Teacher of the Year, Golf Professional of the Year. He has mentored numerous Assistant Professionals to become Head Professionals and Directors of Golf, also Assistant Professionals of the Year.
