Pub Operator - Market Tavern Croydon, Croydon
The Market Tavern is located at the top of the town's historic street market. It is spacious, and the large windows give a lovely open feel.
Market Tavern is the ideal place to come for a quiet pint during the day if you want to sit and watch the world go by.
At night we transform to the venue of choice for pre club drinks with many fantastic deals on bottles/spirits and cocktails.
Recently added TNT Sport to our venue along with a huge projector screen and 7 60inch HD screens offering multi-screen sport.
Set in the heart of vibrant Croydon, The Market Tavern is part of a good nightlife scene and benefits from the footfall of all the major restaurant chains serving the locals.
Croydon has superb transport links into the heart of the capital plus Gatwick, for when your holiday looms

We are looking for a total go getter, someone who can stand apart from the rest of the competition in the town. An Operator who can "think outside the box" make those little differences to the usual offer of a Pub to make those extra sales - in doing so benefiting themselves at the same time - with a higher 20% share .... that the Market Tavern offers.
No accommodation with the Market Tavern, but to offset this we offer a 20% share as previously mentioned and £500 a month live out payment - £6000 per annum.

The Market Tavern is already a well-established Pub in Croydon, but like all RM's I would like a "go getter " someone who can make the Market Tavern the first choice on everyones list to go to.
Utilizing the 3 SKY boxes alongside a very competitive Entertainment budget (which Craft Union provide) I believe this pub could really become the heart of its local community and make a great return on investment for Craft Union
