Requirement of a Graduate QS / Junior Project Engineer position becoming available to support an upcoming long term project contract.
Estimating for Target cost, Lump sum models using Contract NORMS & Site factors
· Target Cost / reimbursable contract works - tracking / analysis / cost control.
· Identify commercial risks & value management.
· Support Senior QS with Monthly Project Application for Payments
· Negotiate, where applicable, final account settlements on Projects
· Assist PM in physical progress monitoring/gathering/ reporting on work activities.
· Liaise with client & sub-contractors for progress/scope execution activities.
HND or Above in Quantity Surveying
Experience in tender / estimate building.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, particularly excel – Advance knowledge preferred.
· Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
