We're a friendly, DfE accredited, Ofsted outstanding training company providing apprenticeships, professional development and the DfE's 'Golden Thread' (trainee teachers to school Executive Leaders). Develop and take responsibility for the delivery of individual training plans tailored to learner needs
Access and work with BKSB software and analytics as applicable
Deliver high-quality training to exceed awarding body quality standards for functional skills, in the workplace or remotely using Teams, as appropriate to the learners' requirements
Deliver training using approved training resources for groups or individuals
Detailing, monitoring, recording and reporting of learner progress to Exams Officer and Apprenticeship Tutors
Supply information to employees and employers to support apprenticeship programmes
Provide appropriate data and information regarding the programmes and learners as required and contribute to the regular self-assessment monitoring process
Attend CPD and Standardisation events as appropriate (remotely and at the office as required)
Complete all relevant documentation in order to progress the recording of new learners on the programme in collaboration with the Admin Team and Bud software
Attend Best Practice Network's conferences and events as required (Bristol or Road show)

Support and promote the safeguarding agenda at Best Practice Network to ensure learners, visitors and staff are safeguarded. Hold a qualification or have experience in delivering high quality functional skills training at Level 1 and 2 remotely and face to face
Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications
Have experience of working with employers in a training or customer relations role
Hold a full driving licence, have own vehicle and be willing to travel to customer sites
Experience of working in Further Education or a similar environment Our Benefits:
