Do you have Commercial Sales and Business Development experience within a Multi-National Environment,  and are you seeking a new role overseas?Brookwood Recruitment is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer, the role comes with and exceptional package and opportunity to join a Collaborative Organisation in Sub-Saharan Africa. 

In your first few weeks as Chief Commercial Officer, you can expect to:

  • Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Strategies
  • Managing Sales Teams and Performance
  • Third Party Sales and Merchandising
  • Identifying New Business Opportunities
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Relationship Management and Collaboration
  • Analysing Market Trends
  • Financial Management 

To apply for this Chief Commercial Officer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • 15+ years experience in Sales, Marketing & Distribution
  • 5+ years at a senior management/ director level
  • Multi-national Experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration with specialization in Sales & Marketing or Finance
  • Ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Experienced Delivering Presentations
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking
