As HR Advisor you will provide HR generalist advice and support across the business on a wide range of people, strategic and operational matters where required. You will provide advice, support, guidance and coaching in compliance with legal and statutory business requirements, promoting best practice. Work closely with business leaders to support them in the successful execution of our business strategies, in a way that further cultivates our organisational culture with a focus on diversity, inclusion and a respectful workplace.
# Create the right environment as a champion for HR initiatives, employee advocacy and will support and guide, organisation design, employee development, talent review and succession planning, as applicable.
# Drive the people strategy and people processes (performance management, leadership and talent development, and succession planning) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future needs of the business.
# Work with colleagues across the HR team to develop and implement HR processes and policies, that provide a framework for continued business growth and success.

HR experience in a complex organization (ideally within the Manufacturing sector), with diverse cultures and operating environments
# Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes (e.g., workforce planning and talent management)
