The Role: Lead category strategy development across multiple key accounts. Analyse market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to optimise NPD launches. Build strong relationships with retail partners to influence range and merchandising decisions. Deliver insight-led recommendations to drive category performance. About You: Proven category management experience with at least one of the Top 4 Grocers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight. Experience working with IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, or retailer data systems. Commercially astute with strong influencing and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.
