Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role is an integral part in delivering the project pipeline to support the business growth agenda. You will have responsibility for driving and coordinating a wide range of initiatives and strategic projects within Operations and specifically for our Logistics division.

You will support and lead various levels of projects, from day to day, to incremental change, to large scale step change. The majority, of the projects will involve warehousing and transport, therefore significant operational experience is required.

Drive, lead and manage multiple simultaneous projects from concept through to delivery, using the department methodology, encouraging strong cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
- Mange the ongoing delivery of all aspects of projects including risk mitigation and issue management; Prioritise, lead and review projects with a strong commercial lens, ensuring the expected output meets the overall business objectives and align to our strong values.
- Influence and engage with key stakeholders, ensuring the project team, the division and the wider organisation has a thorough understanding of the change through effective communication.
- Possession of a Project Management qualification is preferable (Prince2 / Agile )
- Have strong planning and change management experience
- Experience of managing E2E projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools for both large and small-scale change efforts
- Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio
- A team-oriented professional that has the ability to effectively engage and influence others, quickly building and maintaining positive and trusting working relationships at all levels
