Strategic Planning

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the migration process and develop mitigation strategies.
Client Relationship Management

Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to key stakeholders.
~ Quality Assurance

Implement and enforce best practices for cloud migration, ensuring the highest standards of quality and security.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hands-on experience with cloud-native services such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
Proven track record leading large-scale cloud migration projects in enterprise environments, utilizing tools like AWS Server Migration Service, Azure Migrate, or Google Cloud's Migrate for Compute Engine.
Project Management: Project management skills with familiarity with cloud-based project management tools like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
Expertise in cloud security principles and hands-on implementation using tools like AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory, or Google Cloud IAM.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, with ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders
Managed projects in different time zones and across different geographies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (MUST).
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2).
Cloud certifications in AWS, Microsoft or Google Cloud (Nice to have)
Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
