Job Title: Part-Time RECEPTION Teacher

School: Single-Form Entry Mainstream Primary School

Veritas Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join a supportive teaching team. Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging phonics lessons using evidence-based programs such as Letters and Sounds or Read Write Inc., Incorporate a variety of multisensory activities and resources to support acquisition and develop early academic skills.
Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for development.
Assess pupil progress through ongoing observation, formative assessment, and periodic assessments, providing targeted support and intervention as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, participate in professional development opportunities, and contribute to the school's initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in education or relevant subject area, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Experience teaching in a EYFS setting, with a strong understanding of principles, progression, and effective teaching strategies.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a reflective approach to practice.
