Job Description

At Quest Global UK, we are actively hiring Junior Engineer (s) with Mechanical / Aerospace / Industrial Engineering background to join one of our Aerospace and Defence project team based in Wolverhampton location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Completed engineering baised qualification and has interest in aerospace and defence industry
  • Demonstrate a proven background to resolve problems of high complexity using structured techniques
  • Experience in relation to fitting, welding & machining is desirable
  • Engineering background and technically able to identify and resolve problems
  • The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings / CMM reports and other engineering technical data is required

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Highly-motivated, flexible, responsive to change, and calm under pressure
  • Ability to motivate, gain commitments and hold stakeholders accountable
  • Ability to manage effectively in a high pressure environment
  • Candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to prepare and de technical information to Senior Leadership
  • Works well in a team environment and has the ability to work across various departmental functions within the Company
