The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join OCL Regeneration, a dynamic player in the construction sector known for our innovative solutions and customer-focused approach. In this role, you'll be responsible for spotting new business opportunities, driving our strategic vision, and building solid relationships within the industry.

  • You will develop new business opportunities through a project-based and customer-centric approach in the construction sector.

  • Implementand drive the OCL Regeneration strategy forward as you manage projects.

  • Support the management of OCL Contracting and Depots in alignment with company policies, ensuring delivery of agreed budgeted income and contribution levels through managed volume and price criteria.

  • You will maintain and enhance business relationships and market knowledge within agreed business segments through your interactions and research.

  • You will proactively win new business tocontribute to the growth and success of OCL Regeneration.

  • You will demonstrate proficiency in market research, staying informed about industry trends and developments to inform business strategies, enabling you to anticipate market needs and position our offerings effectively.
