We are seeking a highly skilled Car Finance Sales Executive who excels at engaging with customers and providing them with the necessary assistance to secure their dream car.

What does a Sales Executive do?

  • This role is a B2C telephone-based position, where you’ll be responsible for responding to customers who have submitted a car finance application – yes you heard right ‘No Cold Calling’
  • You’ll undertake outbound dialling to our pre-approved customers to understand their finance needs and assisting them with their vehicle search.
  • Manage inbound calls from potential customers, processing any applications on our inhouse systems.
  • Proactively following up with customers to support them through the online finance application.

To be considered, we are seeking someone who can balance achieving individual KPIs while being a team player that contributes to the team's overall objectives. Remember, there's no "I" in team

  • Demonstrated sales skills and experience
  • Exceptional negotiation skills for closing opportunities
  • Results-oriented, while also passionate about individual and team performance/standards
  • Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Excellent telephone skills, paired with precise and clear written communication
  • Proficient in IT
