• **Teaching all areas of the national curriculum to pupils aged 7-11 in a ‘Good’ school.

Requirements: Completed a PGCE with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) by September 2024. At least a bachelor’s degree in education, or a related subject. Genuine passion for the education of primary school pupils. Commitment to the safety and wellbeing of young learners. A warm and welcoming personality and a clear communication style. A dedication to improving the progress and attainment of KS2 pupils as they approach their SAT examinations. The Role In your KS2 ECT role, you will be planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and test pupils aged 7-11 as they advance towards their SATs. You will assess and mark pupils’ classwork and identify any extra support needs that can be accommodated via learning materials and support strategies. As a KS2 ECT, it is vital that you build strong bonds with both colleagues and children to create an effective learning environment and ensure that you have ample supporting relationships as you progress through your induction.
