Across our Sales Teams, we’re looking for more new business. It’ll be your job to work alongside a couple of our high performing teams to open up new business opportunities while we look to expand and grow both our existing and new business lines further in 2024 and beyond. 
You’ll be cold calling our large database of prospects, seeking conversations with the key decision makers to introduce our marketing data and services.
You need to be confident in picking the phone up and opening these conversations as well as being highly motivated to achieve and exceed the targets set month on month. You’ll be managing your own sales pipeline through our internal CRM
You can communicate new products and services to prospective customers on the phone. 
We work with data on the housing market, so knowledge of the UK market would be useful, but this is not a key requirement for this role. Most people pick up their housing market knowledge along the way with the help of our in house experts. 
Knockbacks are expected in a cold calling sales role. This again helps with the knockbacks you’ll get along the way and will also help you to fit in with the rest of the team. 
We have a pool table in the office, but that's not really what you're looking for, right?
Yes, you'll get holidays (25 days plus bank holidays) and a pleasant office environment, with a nice breakout area, tea/coffee/water provided, and all that normal stuff you'd expect. You also get to work with a good-natured, good-humoured team of marketers, data scientists, administrators, finance, sales and people-people.
There's a life outside of work and we encourage you to balance the two things, especially if you have commitments like a family and/or pets. For most of our staff we work on a hybrid system balancing time in our Milton Keynes office with working from home when appropriate.
