The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO to design, develop, and deliver key projects.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to the Board and support executive decision-making.
- Develop and monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align operational strategies with sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operational execution.
- Identify potential risks to the business and develop mitigation strategies.
- Achieve a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all operational activities, from process documentation to execution.
- Evaluate, manage, and improve key processes, enabling optimal operating conditions and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards and provide regular operational reports to senior management.
