Title: Project Manager
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £40-£50K (Dependent upon experience) + Pension

We are currently looking for a Project Manager for a leading national commercial roofing company, this role will based in London. The role will be to Organise and manage contracts to ensure Quality, Safety, Programme and Gross Objectives are achieved.

The successful Candidate must have relevant experience in flat roofing and using hot melt on projects. Working with Tier 1 contractors is essential.
You will hold a CSCS Card as minimum but Gold CSCS would be preferred however experience is more important.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

* To organise and control directly employed and sub-contract labour

* To approve time sheets and sub-contract labour invoices.

* To prepare risk assessments, method statements, quality plans, etc

* Liaise with Company employed sub-contractors and ensure work meets our requirements.

* Maintain a good working relationship with both operatives and the Main Contractor/Client.

* Attend Company Safety Meetings/Training

Knowledge and Experience of the Project Manager

* Adaptability/Business Awareness / Detail Handling / Initiative / Planning & Organising / Sheeting

* Experience of the building and construction industry is essential.

* General computer awareness

* SMSTS & CSCS
