A dynamic opportunity to oversee and lead production operations within a thriving CNC business unit. Responsibilities include resource management, production planning, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Ideal for an experienced production leader with strong communication and motivational skills. Prior experience in production management and familiarity with HSE and quality principles are highly desirable.

Manage Business Unit production provisions in alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.
Manage a large team of CNC Machine operators, Shift Leaders, Shift Technicians, and Inspectors.
Plan production schedules to meet internal and customer demands, aiming for KPI targets.
Lead safety initiatives to prevent accidents and achieve quality KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance production performance.
Oversee resource management and performance appraisals to meet business objectives.
Proven experience in Production Manager, Machine Shop Manager or similar Leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of CNC machining (4-axis CNC milling)
Strong Continuous Improvement & Quality experience
HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Performance Management skills – OEE KPI targets

Permanent – 39 hours per week, 0745am – 1700pm (Mon-Thurs), 0745am – 1300pm (Fri)
