A leading general contractor is actively seeking a CSA Quantity Surveyor for a brand new data centre project in West London. As CSA Quantity Surveyor you will be the Lead the commercial management for the CSA package, reporting directly to Commercial Lead and visiting Commercial Director. The project in question is a £300m hyperscale project for a European wide blue chip client. This contractor is best known for its impressive array of data centre and life sciences projects across Ireland, UK and Europe.

The data centre sector is the fastest growing sector in construction at present, and with it showing no signs of slowing down, there is no better time to be getting into the sector. This coupled with the increased emphasis that this client has put on their data centre division, makes an excellent opportunity for an ambitious CSA Quantity Surveyor to fast track their career to commercial management level.

This contractor is well placed for strong growth across the next several years with the pipeline fully booked with orders from new and existing repeat business. There is a strong site team already in place with the expertise required to deliver projects successfully.

Overall responsibility for the commercial & surveying aspects on sites

* Managing budgets & commercial tasks on major residential schemes

* Preparing tenders, procuring subcontractors & materials

* Attending all project & team meetings
