Blackwell Earthmoving has been working for a number of years on major projects such as HS2 (Aylesbury) and Sizewell C (Leiston, Suffolk), and with further phases now underway, they are seeking Site Engineers and Project (Section) Engineers to strengthen their teams on these landmark sites. This is your chance to be part of projects that are shaping the UK's future. You'll work at the heart of major earthworks schemes, using cutting-edge technology and methods to deliver world-class results. Alongside this, you'll benefit from structured development, technical training, and mentoring to accelerate your career in earthmoving and civil engineering. Key Responsibilities Conduct GNSS surveys and manage accurate site data. Refine and implement 3D machine control models. Support the Foreman and delivery teams with efficient construction methods. Produce clear project documentation for communication and progress tracking. Carry out quality checks on materials and workmanship. Lead rolling-wave planning to keep earthworks delivery on schedule. Monitor costs and budgets to ensure efficiency. Mentor junior engineers and apprentices. Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year's experience in earthworks or civil engineering. Strong academic foundation (GCSE Maths & Physics grade B or above). Understanding of core civil engineering principles. Keen to progress towards IEng and ICE membership. Full UK driving licence.
