Supervising Social Worker (Oldham) Mbi Staffing are working with a Fostering Agency in Oldham who are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to support the Registered Manager in the recruitment, training, assessment, retention, support and supervision of a range of their foster carers ensuring high quality placements are available for looked after children. You will be required to work as a part of a comprehensive and flexible team delivering the service to the highest standard as required. Basic Job details:

  • The role is based in Oldham (North West)
  • £40,000 per year salary (Dependent on experience)
  • 35 Hours per week – flexible working arrangements
  • 12 Carers to support and supervise initially – all North West based
  • Will be involved in initial visits
  • Will be required to complete Form F Assessments
  • Will be required to participate in our out of hour’s service around 1 week in 5
  • Must be computer literate on Charms
  • Must be well organized
