An exciting position has become available for an experienced Lettings professional to join their friendly team. We are seeking a competent ARLA Qualified Lettings Professional who will be capable of increasing overall instruction levels whilst running an established portfolio of circa 80+ managed properties, 30+ let-only properties, as well as oversee a further two smaller portfolios in nearby areas which are managed in branch by experienced Lettings Negotiators.

This is a full-time role Monday to Friday.

Lettings Portfolio Manager - Role Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining good relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Lettings Portfolio Manager - Role Requirements:

Full UK driving license
