Job Title: Graduate Menswear Designer (International Fabric Sourcing and Design)
Bangladesh, India, China (9 months annually) with potential travel to Scandinavian countries for market research and presentation purposes.

We are seeking a passionate and adventurous Graduate Menswear Designer who is excited by the prospect of living and working abroad. This role is perfect for someone who loves to travel, explore diverse cultures, and has an eye for identifying emerging trends in fabrics and design. As our Menswear Designer, you will spend 9 months each year across Bangladesh, India, and China, immersing yourself in the local textile industry to discover innovative and sustainable fabrics that can be introduced to the Scandinavian market.
Live and work in Bangladesh, India, and China, forming strong relationships with local manufacturers, suppliers, and artisans to source the highest quality materials.
Design and develop commercial menswear collections that incorporate your fabric findings, catering specifically to the Scandinavian market’s tastes and preferences.
Collaborate closely with our production and marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with brand identity and market trends.
Provide insights into emerging trends and report on the competitive landscape, leveraging your international experiences to inform our design and sourcing strategies.
Travel to Scandinavian countries as needed for market research, design presentations, and to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and preferences.
A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field.
A profound passion for fashion, design, and sustainability, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creative vision.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
