To proactively manage the RGC installation process from oracle to invoice to ensure the process is carried efficiently and efficiently.

To be responsible for coordinating training requirements in line with Statement of works and customer satisfaction to ensure the customers workflow and application needs are delivered.

To be responsible for supporting the Business Process and Operations Manager on improving processes and reporting of management information to meet business critical requirements.

To work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, building positive working relationships to ensure customer needs are met and internal governance is completed.

To be responsible for being the first point of contact for customer queries and help to resolve these effectively and efficiently whilst ensuring queries are escalated where appropriate to ensure satisfactory resolution.

To provide support and cover for the continuous forms business group where operationally required.
