Private Equity Insights is part of United Media which focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As our Graduate events management , you'll have the unique opportunity to be part of building and scaling a company. A chance to work closely together with the CPO on the strategy for our conferences
Plan, structure and coordinate all conferences on a strategic level; Create the greatest conference experiences by innovating on creative new opportunities and ideas
Negotiate with vendors (catering, accommodation, transportation, facilities)
Plan conferences on an operational level e.g. floor planning, invitations, signage, special needs requirements, printing etc.
Manage conferences by ensuring everything runs smoothly on the days of our conferences enabling us to always surpass our former high attendee satisfaction
Moreover, you’re humble and you share our passion for building and executing new businesses. Have acquired a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
Willing to work in a role with outstanding performance within event planning or coordination, marketing, public relations or another relevant field
Have a UK work permit
Have an exceptional eye for aesthetics and details
Flexible
The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year.
