Our client is seeking a dedicated EPOS Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. This company is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and is looking for a talented professional to help drive their success. As an EPOS Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of EPOS systems for our client's business. You will provide top-notch technical support, manage service requests, and collaborate with various stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Provide technical support for EPOS systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to EPOS systems.
Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
Administer and support Active Directory, including user account management and access permissions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes and procedures.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to optimize the use of EPOS systems.
Proven experience as an EPOS Support Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in using ServiceNow for incident management and service requests.
Experience with Active Directory administration and support.
CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
