The Role:

Steadman Brown have teamed up with a business that are searching for a Salesforce Product Owner to manage their platform. As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will be the bridge between business needs and technical execution. You will own the Salesforce product roadmap, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure that the platform delivers maximum value to our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the Salesforce product vision and roadmap, aligning it with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
  • Lead sprint planning sessions and manage the product backlog.
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and other technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features.
  • Monitor and analyse Salesforce performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that the Salesforce platform adheres to best practices, compliance, and security standards.
  • Provide training and support to users, ensuring they maximize platform capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and features, leveraging them for business advantage.

Experience Needed:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role within Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
