THE ROLE: Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated commercial solicitor with significant outsourcing experience in the regulatory environment. The Legal Counsel will have the opportunity to make a real difference by supporting the wider business through involvement in material third party contracts (including outsourcing arrangements). Supporting the Group for all aspects of contract reviewing, drafting and negotiation.
• Putting in place precedents and tools for the wider legal team so they are able to confidently pick up and work on outsourcing and contracts with suppliers and other third parties.
• Working on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and other strategic change projects
Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with a minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial in a financial services setting.
• Solid understanding of FCA and PRA regulatory landscape
• Solid understanding of trust law
