Department Overview Reporting into the Global Head of eFX Spot Trading, the VP eFX Trading role will be responsible for managing and running the electronic trading platform. Job Description • Manage the electronic risk book
• Perform data analytics around profitability and performance of eFX business
• Work with business and quant team to help develop new analytics tools
• Work with trading and quant group to help generate ideas on how to increase the profitability and volumes of electronic business
• Work with technical support to resolve any potential issues with the eFX trading platform
• Co-ordinate and work with internal teams to onboard new clients and help implement new business initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between the electronic FX desk and the broader FX business including sales, trading, technology, risk management groups and compliance
• 3+ years of eFX trading experience and a strong understanding of FX market microstructure 
• Must be technical minded with a good understanding of Python programming. kdb/q experience is an asset. 
• Demonstrated strong business analysis skills, problem solving skills and initiative
• Some travel involved in this role (maximum 5% of time on annual basis)
Technical degree preferred (engineering, computer science, stats or related degree)
