As an Audit Director, you will play a key role in shaping the firm's future. Ideal for an experienced Senior Manager or Audit Director ready to advance their career, this is a significant career opportunity allowing for you to start thinking more as an owner of a Firm, rather than an employee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the firm's strategy and direction in support of the Partners
- Lead by example
- Client Delivery
- Drive profitability.
Key requirements:
- Qualified Accountant, ACA / ICAEW, ACCA or equivalent
- External audit experience gained in an Accountancy Practice at Manager level or above
- Strong client and commercial awareness
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Proficiency in networking and fee generation
- Ability to think more like an owner of a Practice, rather than an employee.
