About Us: Reed is seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our small team. Our modern office is located in Brackmills, Northampton. We offer a dynamic working environment, free car parking, and location flexibility after the initial training period.

Role Details:

  • Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum
  • Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
  • Location: Brackmills, Northampton (hybrid working available after training, with 2/3 days in the office)

Responsibilities: As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll manage all payroll administration for permanent co-members (employees) across the Reed group. From new hires to leavers, you’ll handle it all. Additionally, you’ll assist with contract management, company benefits, and internal transfers.
